The serverHold status indicates that there is an issue with your domain that needs to be addressed with your registrar. This can either be missing delegation information such as name server configuration or another issue that prevents the domain from being active. Unless you know what this issue is specifically it’s best to contact your registrar to understand the status and any actions you can take.
Until then you can expect your domain to lack expected functionality such as transferability, resolution and other core domain management operations.
